These are our values

​Blacktown Trails is a company that we created with the only goal to bring the best possible experience on a MTB tour to the most demanding riders in the world. And with this mission becomes a lot of responsibility. That's why we are committed to run our tours following very strict principles, always with the goal. in mind of offering a top class experience to our guests. These are our values and principles: 

Safety first.
All our guides are certified and highly experienced guides, with first aid certifications. 
2 guides per tour.. Having one guide in front and another one at the tail of the group ensures a maximum level of safety and peace of mind. We always apply this policy in tours of 4 or more riders. 
We do not mix up groups. When they is a group settled, we do not add "external" riders. Adding riders with different skills or fitness levels will compromise the experience of the group. 

Low foot print. 
We never run tours of more than 8 riders, limiting the impact on the trails. 
We never use more than 2 vans for shuttles. 
We pay a lot of respect to nature, taking care of not leaving a low trace on the trails. 

Keep it local. 
Our accommodation, catering, etc suppliers are always small locally owned businesses that appreciate the contribution of our guests to their business.
