You will receive an email with a temporary booking confirmation code. In order to secure your booking a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required by bank transfer when you receive this email. The balance will be payable within 30 days of your booking commencement. Payment must be made in EUR. For bookings made less than 30 days before booking commencement, full payment is required at the time of booking. Full details of the transfer will be given in the booking confirmation email. Once the deposit is transferred, you will receive a new email confirming the booking code, with all the details of your trip.
One week before the arrival, we will send you a trip plan, confirming the full planned schedule, contact details, airport pick up information, etc.
Important Note: Although you will be covered by our accident insurance, it is mandatory to have a valid EU health Insurance.
